Met with Barb Palmer (UConn Foundation) and discussed strategies for UConn Sensory Lab upgrade fundraising.

Led the CAHNR sensory lab upgrade design. After meeting with food science professors from six US land-grant universities, I draw the room/floor plan, prepared the list of equipment, and coordinated cost estimates with UConn Facilities Operations & Building Services.
